We are a small team of highly specialized professional translators and editors who use state-of-the-art technologies to offer language services tailored to meet the exact needs of your business.
“Small” is the key word here: we work exclusively in the language combination German and English. That sounds quite limited in comparison with the major players in this field. And so it is, but not without good reason: these are the languages in which we have specialized. This narrow focus means that we can prepare professional translations to the highest standard and – just as importantly – we can ensure the quality of the texts we have prepared down to the smallest detail.
As you can see, we maintain control over the entire process from start to finish. Your documents do not end up in one of those worldwide translator pools – currently a common practice – where the contract is won by the lowest bidder, but confidentiality, dependability, and quality may be lost.
If this is beginning to sound a little old-fashioned, we can assure you that this is not the case. We work with the latest in CAT tools, enabling us to create databases of terms specific to each client and to provide other services. But more about that later.
Translations
Documents for submission in court and certificates or deeds issued for official purposes need to be certified.
This makes us the ideal contact for companies, law firms, and notary offices who require certified translations of shareholders’ agreements, extracts from the Commercial Register, pleadings, petitions, and court decisions.
Editing / Adaptions
We adapt advertising copy of all types without losing the essence of the text in the translation process. Your message reaches its intended audience while maintaining the tone and style of the original.
Certifications
As a rule, these occasions usually require the translation of the following documents:
Working abroad: school/university certificates, certificates of apprenticeship, journeyman’s examination certificates, job references, certificates of internship, certificates of further training, police clearance certificates as well as résumés and application letters according to country-specific requirements
Studying abroad: school leaving certificate (general qualification for university entrance), transcripts of records, certificates of internship
Getting married abroad: birth certificates, certificates of no impediment, divorce decrees referring to former marriages, affidavits
Other contexts often require a certified translation of the following documents:
certificate of residency, tax statements, extracts from the register of companies, pension approval certificates, insurance policies, statements of income, driver’s license, certificates of naturalization etc.
We offer fast and low-cost service for these occasions. Naturally the translation itself is not free, but there is no extra charge for the certification. We offer this free service for three copies of each official document or record. There will be a moderate charge if additional copies are required.

All of our translations are prepared by native speakers, subjected to strict review, and proofread once again after they have been completed.
We work with CAT tools and generate a customized database of terminology for each client; this guarantees accuracy of the customer-specific terminology, and results in a high level of efficiency and precision. It also ensures consistent usage throughout your translation.
We are big on confidentiality (non-disclosure agreement)
It goes without saying that all texts we receive will be handled in strict confidence. If desired, specific non-disclosure statements will be issued.
